Our Koi Pond is run entirely by volunteers. The fish and turtles are fed 1X a day in winter and the leaf skimmer basket is emptied and water added to the pond 1X a day. The plants around the pond need love too, thinning and raking and pruning. There's plenty to do on YOUR TIME, YOUR SCHEDULE. We provide all the food and pond supplies and training. We're a fun bunch to work with, and your efforts are MUCH APPRECIATED by everyone!

Funeral Reception Ministry

This ministry helps families set up a meal after a funeral to celebrate the lives of their loved ones. Volunteers are needed to help with hospitality, setup and cleanup. Help us welcome and serve grieving families by becoming involved with this rewarding ministry. Our goal is to have many people available to serve on the list for funeral receptions so that the responsibility won't fall on the same folks all the time. The average funeral reception lasts about five hours, and the shift can be split between two people. Training is provided along with written procedures.

Sacristans perform a ministry of hospitality similar to our efforts of readying our homes for visitors. Sacristans set up the altar and prepare all that is needed for mass. Be a SACRISTAN! Call Jo Grady, Coordinator, at (760) 967-6705
